RETURN POLICY
The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. Unless otherwise stated, all items purchased on our website may be returned up to 15 days from the date of purchase.
REZZPADS offers you the possibility of refunding any item, provided that it has not been damaged, stained, washed, deformed, used and that all labels are still intact, in its original packaging and condition.
If you wish to make an exchange we will reimburse you without problem. However, we ask you to carry out a new transaction on our website to order the desired item.
All REZPADS merchandise is rigorously inspected by our quality control team before shipping. If you received a defective or damaged product, you must send us your request within 15 days from the date you received your package. After this period, no exchange or refund will be possible. REZZPADS reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse any refunds if the criteria established for returns are not met.
Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the value of the item excluding the initial delivery charge.
Please note that items on sale (discounted) are final sale.
Please note that REZZPADS is not responsible for lost merchandise if the address provided to us is incorrect. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address during checkout.
WHAT ARE THE REIMBURSEMENT TIMES?
When we have received your product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 12 working days. It may take up to two billing periods for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
